Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

All prices are shown on the Website in £ sterling (GBP). All payments which will include all taxes, delivery, shipping and handling fees must be made via Worldpay and only cards accepted by Worldpay can make payments.

All other currencies will be converted to GBP (£ Sterling) and you will be liable for any exchange rate charges made by your card provider.
Shipping And Handling
UNITED KINGDOM

Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery - posted within 5 working days - starts from £1.95 (Delivery is calculated on weight and will therefore depend on items ordered - for example 1 t-shirt is £1.95, 2 t-shirts should cost no more than £2.80, but 5 t-shirts will cost around £4.80 - Please be aware of your postage costs when using the checkout) Please note most orders require a signature on receipt.

Please allow up to 14 working days during busy periods (e.g. Christmas) We will endevour to post your order as soon as possible.


EUROPE and REST OF THE WORLD

International Signed For Post - approximately 7-14 working days - Cost £5.50. (Delivery is calculated on weight and will therefore depend on items ordered - for example 1 t-shirt should cost £5.50, then each extra t-shirt will cost a further £1.00 per t-shirt - Please be aware of your postage costs when using the checkout) Please note most orders require a signature on receipt.

IF YOU DO NOT CHOOSE A DELIVERY ZONE YOU WILL BE CHARGED A STANDARD RATE OF £10.00 (so make sure you check one!)
Delivery Schedule
We will normally send your order in 3 business days, at busy times of the year this can take longer. Please note that all customised clothing is printed to order and can take up to 10 working days during busy times, but generally we send out custom orders within 5 working days. If you need to check your order status please mail us at info@karbonkopi.com. International orders are generally received in 14 days.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
No taxes are currently charged.

Returns Policy
karbonkopi / UrbanGorilla is committed to providing the best customer service available. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return the unused goods to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt.

Unfortunately, we cannot make a refund for goods which have been stained by make-up, deodorant or perfumes whist being tried on or have been damaged by you after receipt.

We will issue a refund (which will not include the costs of delivery) on receipt of unused goods. Refunds will only be made to the credit or debit card on which the purchase was made. Please include the receipt and a note saying who you are and whether you want a refund or to exchange it for a different size or colour. Please email us at info@karbonkopi.com for information on where to send any packages putting "RETURNS INFO" in the subject of your email.
